Stylish and Chic Seaside Apartment

Lovely flat, beautifully put together

Pros: The host was amazing. Very helpful, always responds quickly. The flat was beautifully put together, facilities were clean and both bed and sofa were comfortable. Parking available, the place is located very conveniently, you can reach almost everything in close proximity by foot.

Cons: However, despite the great location I didn't like, which doesn't have to do with the flat itself, but it's the rubbish and trash bags scattered along the roads.

Pros: Was a lovely environment very comfortable, like a home away from home

Cons: We had a few issues with technology, and upstairs neighbours were rather noisy but overall didn't affect my stay

I had a lovely stay, just needed a break from home and this is the place.

Pros: The location was great..couple of minutes walk and you're on the seafront, not far at all from town or the pier. Lovely decor great place to chill and relax, lovely outside space to. Communication with the host was speedy and simple. Tea/coffee/biscuits on arrival is a nice touch as were toiletries in the shower room..

Cons: The weather haha.

Pros: The position of the apartment was great! The apartment was very nice and set up with good facilities and helpful kitchen, bathroom and household resources. The garden area was really nice as well.

Pros: The whole apartment is absolutely stunning, the bed was so comfortable. I absolutely love this apartment, Daria is an amazing host. I usually stay in the hotels in Southend but this apartment is so much better! Thank you so much!

Pros: Location is excellent. All the amusement and the adventure land just few minutes away. We went to the amusement every night. Kids love it so much. We will definitely come back again.

Definitely worth visiting

Pros: We had a lovely 2 night stay. The flat was spotless, had everything we needed and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here and looking forward to a return visit

Good location , comfortable . Parking is available but costly.

Pros: Loved the quirky feel, property was fully equipped . Owner was prompt with any queries we had . Clear explanation as to entry of property.

Cons: Parking is an issue , unless you want yo pay extortionate additional cost as it’s so close to the sea front. Remember to include this cost on top of the rental of the flat.
