Relaxed, clean and friendly place to stay, would recommend.

Pros: Excellent service, clean and spacious room and friendly staff. Nice bar area with lots of very well behaved dogs :-)

Pros: Lovely village location. Upmarket public house with boutique rooms. Excellent full english breakfast in the morning. Relaxing, brief stay while I was visiting relatives nearby. Would like to come back and have another stay.

Comfortable stay

Pros: We were staying here so we could see family living locally so excellent location in historic old pub

Cons: Pub closed when we returned in the evening so unable to get a night cap but our stay was over the New Year’s Eve week
