Happy

Pros: Breakfast was great, bed was super comfy, parking was excellent, staff really friendly

Cons: I had no mirror in the bedroom to do my hair and there was only one option for breakfast 8 a.m and closed at 8.30 Location great for the purpose of visit for a dinner and dance but if u want to go to london on the train it's 20 pp return

Perfect location and comfortable beds

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent if you are travelling to or from Stansted Airport. The receptionist was extremely helpful. I wish I could say his name, but i didn't find it out . He went over a lot more miles than he was supposed to. Thanks again! The beds are very comfortable. I will definitely book it again . I would give 5 stars if we wouldn't get rushed out of the restaurant after breakfast.

Cons: Breakfast was cooked. Instead of fresh tomato 🍅 it was tin tomatoes 🍅 (not my thing), no mushrooms (my favourite). The staff who was serving breakfast was saying we couldn't have more toasts as the time was up to close. The other table's gest had the same issue. We did get toasts in the end, but we were rushed out of the restaurant. So Breakfast time is 07:45 - 08:30. We got to bed 6am as my Mum's flight was 4 hours late...

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful and the value for money was well ahead of my expectations. But to be clear, this was a very welcome value for money deal that was nice and comfortable but minimal. That said, I would be very happy to stay there again and I am happy to recommend this hotel.

Cons: It met my expectations, but it was a nice friendly budget option - not an international style hotel. This is not a criticism. Value for money was excellent.
