Budget hotel however lovely staff

Pros: I was not impressed with breakfast , buffet needed to be refilled food mediocre however the breakfast waiter very friendly . Reception staff very friendly -helpful and professional - dipti and hardeep who had only started a week ago . Gemma on nights very helpful too

Cons: Carpets in bedroom dirty Twin too - bed hard and lumpy No socket near bed

The facilities felt a bit tired

Pros: Good location, friendly and helpful staff Breakfast was great when it was table service as the eggs were fresher than when it was buffet style

Cons: The food served in the bar was mediocre - wilted salad and the fish and chips didn’t feel very fresh. The tartar sauce was good though!

Pros: The hotel is good, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom was ok, the food was ok and staff are friendly and polite from the reception, breakfast and the ones who changed the beds. The hotel itself looks oldish but it's ok. Thank you for your service. But I would suggest a lift please.

Cons: Lift- if you can add a lift to floors please because some guest might have heavy suitcases and chn.

Great staff great facilities

Pros: Me and my partner stayed at the hotel for few days upon arrival we been welcomed from the front desk staff where a really nice and warm member of staff named Giuseppe settled our room finding the best value for money option always carrying himself with a cordial smile and brilliant professionalism. Another member of staff named Jacqueline helped us really much when we wanted to extend our booking she made sure room was all nice and clean and reserved it for us during a busy time. Overall I am positively impressed and we will definitely be back.

Staff were very helpful especially the breakfast staff, very attentive.

Pros: We know what to expect and how clean it is from previously staying here. The location is great for our needs too.

Cons: On arrival, some drunk people outside and odd requests and comments were made. When in reception another person was trying to find out what had happened to a vehicle and it’s window. This wasn’t a very good first impression.
