Would stay again.

Pros: Comfy room, friendly and accommodating staff. The option of using the gym. Light and airy. Price was better than the Premier Inn. Just off the m25 and was pretty quiet.

Cons: No lift for the older unstable people. Don't stay here if you want a room with a view.

Very pleasant experience and enjoyable stay, much credit to all the amazing staff I encountered. The staff were exceptio

Pros: Beautiful property, very nice lobby, restaurant area, the large sizes of the rooms, the bathrooms with baths. The provisions in the rooms-and very comfortable.

Cons: The very long corridors and no lifts- though staff were very helpful and willing to help with luggage. This property has a lot of potential for further improvement- it’s ideal if they were to introduce and attach Spa and health and wellness and beauty treatments onsite. These are all positives to consider.

Great place to stay

Pros: Very clean, good size rooms, comfy bed. A shelf came off in the bathroom and they fixed it straight away, and it was Christmas Day! Great gym, well equipped and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Yes it was really nice, got in with short notice, made to feel welcome & WILL be going again.

Pros: The staff were great, everything was great, the breakfast & everything, so much so I want to grab 2 nights there around my Birthday time

Cons: More tv channels like a film channel or something but Nothing to worry about, having more milk, coffee & sugars in the room would be nice but nothing catastrophic its lovely, bar staff were great. Nice rooms, well catered for.
