Pros: Very well thought out, immaculately clean, very friendly and approachable hosts.

Gorgeous stay at fab barn!

Pros: The barn was absolutely fantastic! It was really well equipped, nicely decorated - lots of lovely small details. The barn also has access to a beautiful garden. Richard was very welcoming, and it was easy to pick-up the keys from the lockbox. Only a short distance to the high street, Melford Hall, the Church and the Green.

Cons: Nothing. It was all great.

Very enjoyable and livid up to expectations.

Pros: The instructions for finding the property and gaining access were very clear and easy to follow. The property was as described and in excellent condition. The hosts provided all the essentials including fruit, biscuits and a bowl of sweets. They came to see that we had everything we needed and to see if we had any questions.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like. The very accurate description of the property meant that we didn't have any surprises with regard to the facilities provided.

Lovely property, beautifully converted barn.

Pros: Lovely and warm on arrival. Beautifully clean. Homemade brownies and fruit. Fresh milk in the fridge and a good selection of different teas, and other hot drinks.

Cons: There were four of us and only three comfy seats in the living area. Space for three on sofa, but didn’t want to all squeeze up on that. Quite a trek into the main High Street from property- looked a bit too dangerous to walk on foot in the dark to a restaurant, so took car.

Fantastic barn conversion stay

Pros: Great location for us. Fab place and very comfortable . Really lovely touch with all amenities. Shower stuff and kitchen bits too. Would definitely come back again. Would love to come back in the summer and make use of the beautiful garden. Great location for long melford and lavenham and we also went up to woodbridge. Slept ever so well and nice a quiet place.

Cons: Couldn't work tv live in terms of finding bbc 1! Mum and I mot so clued up on smart tv. Thought the downstairs tv had free view but the channels were a little confusing on live. Maybe a little instruction for us who can't quite get it! 🤣. Maybe a mirror to aid coming out of the concealed drive if neighbours permit.

Perfect weekend stay!

Pros: Beautiful and thoughtfully decorated property, fantastic for our friends weekend. The host were super friendly, showing us around the lovely garden and saying we were welcome to use the hammock etc. Great welcome hamper too with everything g we needed for breakfast! Thanks for a great stay.

I already want to come back!!

Pros: This property... WOW! It is truly incredible! The property and the garden are so idyllic, beautiful and well maintained. The hosts, Janine and Richard, were so thoughtful and kind. They greeted us with some cake, coffee, tea, and milk - it was so unexpected, and so nice! I'd love to come back here with friends and just spend the weekend relaxing at the cabin!! Thank you, Janine and Richard!!

Would definitely stay again- location was great and so much attention to detail by the hosts

Pros: The barn was clean and modern with lots of attention to detail- The facilities were first class and the hosts even put up a birthday banner for our arrival when I’d messaged to say we were coming for a birthday celebration. There was everything you could think of you could need including toiletries and cleaning and cooking things.

Cons: The upstairs room was a little noisy in the night at times

Pros: Beautifully presented comfortable two roomed set up. The garden is lovely. Lovely food provided

Cons: Only did not give 10 as location is a bit out of the village and some road noise. But the host could not have made the accommodation any more perfect then it was xx

Excellent stay with walking distance of the village.

Pros: Well laid out accommodation with fully equipped kitchenette and lovely welcome basket which catered for food intolerances. Plenty of space and home comforts including games.

Cons: I feel that it could be enhanced further by the provision of fold up suitcase stands and a full length mirror as well as mats situated inside the main and patio doors for wiping feet and removing shoes.
