Perfect for a short break

Pros: For two people it was a good place to stay for a few nights. Everything we needed. Comfy, clean and very quiet. Definitely value for money.

Cons: Maybe outdoor furniture could be refurbished.

A comfortable stay in a truly beautiful place yet in easy reach of town. A car is necessary.

Pros: I loved staying here. Hawkedon is such a beautiful place - amazing views and skies. A great pub with a lovely menu and few minutes walk away so very convenient dinner option. The annexe itself is cozy, well appointed and very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed, parking is easy and the location is in good reach of Bury St Edmunds.

A lovely little place!

Pros: The property was lovely, beautifully decorated and it was comfortable and clean. Sam was very thorough with her directions about how to reach the property. She had left milk, tea and coffee and toiletries.

Cons: Nothing!

Idyllic Annexe set in a beautiful village, so relaxing.. exceeded expectations

Pros: Bright, fresh, airy feel to a very well organised Annexe. Second to none facilities. There is a microwave and conduction hob safely tucked away. The location is so peaceful & tranquil, shame we didn't have more time to benefit from the local pub or walks..

Cons: Nothing.

The Annex

Pros: It had a nice collection of flowers around the patio and the nearby pub was very friendly.

Cons: It was a bit remote down the little country lanes.

Pros: Beautiful tranquil location. The property was very clean and tidy. Just right for a few days away. There was a pub very near by but we didn’t visit.
