Coastal Nest - Premium flat

Ideal for a relaxing break near the sea.

Pros: We liked the layout. Everything there that you might need for your stay. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom was peaceful. Wi-Fi and tv in the bedroom were great.

Cons: The sofa is a sofa bed so not brilliant for lounging on. We couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to stay connected in the living area.

Suited our needs perfectly.

Pros: The bed mattress was exceptional - really good quality. The kitchen was great to cook in with everything required to cook a meal. The heating was responsive.

Cons: Just a few things missing for a winters stay; Clothes airer to hang washed clothes. Door draft excluder - bottom of door had a draft. Blankets for use when sitting in the sofa. Parking: There were a few minor issues with inconsiderate neighbours parking badly, which impeded our ability to get in and out of the parking space. Fortunately we had a small car, a bigger car would not have been able to park.

Great place, would definitely stay here again as it was just what we were looking for.

Cons: Somewhat noisy if using the sofa bed in front room as backs onto high street (but the property owners provide earplugs so we didn’t find it too much of a problem!) The motion activated automatic light in the corridor is fine if you’re not using the sofa bed but if you are, it can be quite distracting if your room mate gets up in the night as no door between corridor and front room. But overall this was a great place to stay and the positives far outweigh the very minor points listed here. It was really lovely.

An ideal spot for a weekend away.

Pros: It was ideal for us. Close to the beach. Allowing lovely walks. It helped that the weather was good. It had a television in the bedroom which was a luxury. Exceptionaly clean. Tesco across the road and lots of places to eat on the doorstep.

Pros: I would absolutelly recomend this lovely flat. Perfect for a pair or even small family. We All enjoyed our stay. I will choose it in the future for sure 💯👍🌻

Pros: This is advertised as a premium flat and i would agree that it is, the whole flat was very clean, modern and comfortable, with little touches that made it feel quite luxurious and hotel-like. It is decorated very nicely too, I particularly liked the bedroom. Also good location very close to the beach and shops. All communication with the host was lovely. Highly recommend it and i hope to come back to stay in this flat again in the future!

Cons: The noise of the high street outside bothered me and took some getting used to, but once it got to nighttime it quietened and i was not disturbed by the sound at all when in the bedroom. It did not keep me awake or wake me up at all.

Pros: I liked everything about the property! Great attention to detail throughout, they’ve thought of everything. They supplied a good selection of tea, coffee, biscuits and even breakfast cereal and jam which wasn’t expected but was greatly appreciated. A very well stocked kitchen. Having air con in the bedroom was a big bonus for me. Centrally located for coffee shops, supermarkets and a short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay again - thank you
