Beautiful large 3-bed coastal flat with parking.

Great place to stay but be aware of the stairs

Pros: Beautiful apartment with everything provided. Very spacious, light and airy. Really lovely in nearly all aspects. Amazing kitchen. Great facilities. Great position at centre of high street.

Cons: The downside is the access stairs. Very steep concrete steps which are a bit problematic if you are elderly etc. Need more rails. Also be aware bath water can get very hot and one duvet appears to be down (feather). Just advisories - the duplex is a great place to stay.

This was a superb flat in an ideal situation.

Pros: The apartment was excellent and bright and airy. Very clean. Spacious.

Cons: The double bed in the main bedroom was rather uncomfortable. It could do with a new mattress. It would be good to have 2 single beds in the small bedroom or bunk beds rather than a double bed. Also, a dishwasher would make the kitchen complete.

Lovely family flat

Pros: Lovely flat with large sunny windows. There was a travel cot and high chair there for baby. We travelled as a family and there was lots of space for everyone. Games were in the cupboards and baby toys too. We had a great time.

Cons: One set of stairs to get up to the flat, a bit narrow but great location.

Great location, Great apartment

Pros: we stayed for a week to a excellent location. Big and spacious clean rooms .. beautiful big kitchen/ dining area was great, They were board games/ toys etc for all ages, even for adults, which were fun,

Cons: There was no lock on the main toilet downstairs. neither in the bathroom/ toilent upstairs . Tv downstairs didn't have the remote to the box, so we were unable to watch TV. tumble dryer were unable to dry our clothes .. the host was kind enough to get somebody to dry them for us,

A wonderful week in a lovely spacious flat

Pros: This is our second stay at this beautiful flat and we really enjoyed our time here. The flat is extremely well positioned for accessing the high street and beach. It’s very comfortable with plenty of space for a family with 3 excellent sized bedrooms. The flat has been very tastefully renovated throughout, it’s lovely, bright, spacious and clean. Having 2 car parking spaces is really handy. The kids toys were also much appreciated! We visit Frinton regularly so I am sure we will be back for another stay 😊

Cons: Access is via a steep concrete staircase which doesn’t have a handrails all the way up. This can be a bit difficult at times with young children and carrying bags/buggies etc. It would be great to have a few more pots and pans for cooking. The router being in the back bedroom makes the signal quite weak in the lounge, which can be quite frustrating as you need to stream to watch TV. Just very minor things though and didn’t really impact our stay!!

Very pleased with the short stay. Its a lovely apartment and would recommend it to others.

Pros: Excellent accommodation as advertised. Well decorated and equipped with wifi and tv. Spacious and comfortable with plenty of room, Kitchen was excellent for a family meal. Great location on the high street and near the beach. Good instructions and advice. Very useful to have the parking. Host was friendly and flexible as we asked to stay a little longer to watch the world cup final.

Cons: Needs more pots and pans for those wanting to cook and eat in. But otherwise well equipped.

Beautiful big classy apartment

Pros: Very kind host, very responsive, the house had all the equipment and accessories needed to cook and live in it. Many games and books for kids, very good heating (important in the winter!). Even some nice shortbread as a gift.

Cons: One bed was a bit sliding on one side, but it's a minor issue. No garden, but nice location close to shops.

Beautiful and comfortable stay in a safe feeling neighbourhood

Pros: Everything was as advertised, place was very clean and we had a most comfortable stay. Location was superb. Stairs may be tricky for some but we’re fine for our group with both young children and seniors.
