Pros: Well located for this area of Suffolk and only a short walk to Crown pub. Nicely decorated and good heating for colder weather. Conservatory and garden looked lovely for summer months.

Cons: A bit tricky to find - need to look for Mulleys B&B sign. No oven in the kitchen but good-sized air fryer did the job.
