Pros: The property/ land in general we imagine will be beautiful in Spring and Summer.

Cons: When we arrived the room was very cold and also the breakfast room

Pros: Good location in pretty grounds, didn't really see anyone else, the team are basically invisible. Pool was nice all clean.

Cons: Breakfast was cereals and toast with a choice of yogurt. No real coffee first instant in years. And the bathroom door didn't shut and had to be slammed to close properly.

Pros: Pleasant surroundings. Unobtrusive check in and check out. Swimming pool for small dips tho limited free hours

Good comfortable room and shower . Close to local pub with good food.

Pros: Liked the location , close to Snetterton Circuit. Within walking distance of a local pub , went twice , food very good Plenty of room to park car and trailer. Nice room large shower .

Cons: Continental Breakfast provided was minimalist, only the basics were provided. Second day of our stay we went else where. Room was too hot could not turn the heating of . No clear obvious instruction on Wifi . Widow in room difficult to close.

It suited us perfectly for the one night. The location, the room & the breakfast were all great.

Pros: We were very much left to fend for ourselves at Breakfast- which suited us very well. There were no staff present but all the facilities to sort ourselves out were available- cereal; bread/toast; butter; jam; milk; fruit juice; fruit; yoghurts; coffee/tea; water; kettle; microwave etc. A continental type breakfast which was more than adequate for our needs.

Cons: The room was very hot when we arrived due to a radiator being on & we struggled to turn the radiator off but it sorted itself out within about an hour so we were fine. There was also a fan provided for the room which was helpful.

Short break stay

Pros: Arrival and departure was contactless with full clear instructions by email and a phone call from the owner prior to the travel date, although someone did come and speak in departure to see if we needed any help with luggage. Breakfast was self service and more than adequate for our needs. We will stay again if in that area.

Cons: Nothing not to like

Great property, comfortable beds and easy check in

Pros: Location was fantastic for us as we were racing at Snetterton Circuit. Rooms were tidy and comfortable with heaters provided as it was a particularly cold evening. The breakfast was ok, Not the most choice or quality items but it wasn't the worst breakfast I've ever had, I think could be better though.

Good value for money, nice location and very clean z

Pros: Great location for our purpose for the trip. Lovely owner Denise whom we met on the Sunday.

Cons: Room was close to the swimming pool that was open to non guests, and they were not particularly careful when closing the doors meaning that we were regularly subject to banging doors. It is not a hotel, so no opportunity to buy any food/refreshments etc, and nowhere locally to do so either. So now we know this we would ensure we had provisions with us should we return.

Perfect stay

Pros: Beautiful setting. Huge spacious rooms. The most comfortable bed i have ever slept in at a hotel. Lovely staff. Great facilities and location. Very clean. Couldn't fault it!

Lovely house

Pros: The pool was nice but only open to guests for a small time in the morning and later evening without booking (and presumably paying for) which is not mentioned in the listing. The house and gardens are lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable. Self check in was also very convenient.

Cons: The only thing i found disappointing was the breakfast as it was just toast or cereal, neither of which i can eat unfortunately. There's not a lot of places to eat locally so we left early and went into Norwich for breakfast before our event.
