Always a pleasure to stay here

Pros: Staying at the Elms is always a pleasure. The hosts are truly lovely people. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. Breakfast is delicious and all at a very reasonable price. Perfectly situated for Snetterton Circuit it is my goto B&B every time.

Cons: Nothing. The Elms has everything I need.

Restful Stay

Pros: Julia and Alan were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was really comfortable and there was a good breakfast. It was like a home from home.

Cons: The en-suite was a little small, but it's an old building, not purpose built.

A very comfortable B&B run by a very friendly and efficient couple

Pros: Julia was warm, welcoming and attentive. She provided a cup of tea and some excellent apple cake on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was good. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water and the facilities perfectly suitable although small. Breakfast the following morning was exactly on time and exactly as requested, the cooked breakfast was delicious and the home-made whiskey marmalade Deserves special mention!

Cons: The bath towels were a bit rough and one smelt a little as if it hadn’t been dried quite quickly enough. But this is a very minor comment in an overall excellent experience.
