Great value

Pros: Very friendly hosts, large open fire, massive food portions, room clean and perfectly functional given low pricing

Cons: Mattress not so comfy but fine for a quick overnighter

Great and comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again.

Pros: Great room with everything I needed for a few days. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Room was warm and facilities were good. Check in was quick and clear. Check out was easy.

Cons: WiFi was occasionally intermittent but while I stayed the host did mention this was due to roadworks and was a temporary WiFi.

Pros: Great place to stay, exactly as advertised - sadly the restaurant was closed during my stay, but no problems as they directed me to other options for food.

Fantastic breakfast and comfy bed

Pros: Breakfast was excellent and of good quality, the toast was so big and proper butter. The bed was very comfy and added extra the little toiletries and the tea and coffee tray fully equipped.

Cons: The only thing was the little milk cartoons are never enough for me but that's a minor thing as the rear was fab

Pros: Lovely olde worlde charm but clean and nicely decorated. Staff all friendly and cheerful. Good food for dinner and a nice selection at breakfast. Nothing to complain about here

Great value for money .

Pros: It was warm. Plenty of options for refreshments including decaf. Bed was comfy. Shower was good . Lots of towels and washing products.

Cons: The fact that we had to go to cafe for breakfast on Friday- having got our dog with us we had to sit in the canopy which was chilly. But Saturday we could eat in the pub.
