Lovely, spacious caravan

Pros: Very spacious, lovely, clean and a decent location. Host was great especially for a very late short notice stay and very accommodating.

Cons: Few oven pieces missing e.g handle for grill part and oven glove but small amenities easily overcome.

Cons: Could do with better knives and forks and a few more baking trays Windows a bit of a draft and bedroom leaked but the hubby was straight out to sorted

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. My kids said it was the best holiday. They didn’t want to leave this morning.

Pros: It was very clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for over the weekend.

Pros: We had a very nice time, caravan was very near to where we parked the car & a short walk to swimming pool, arcade, onsite shop.

Cons: The advert said it was in Clacton & 2 minutes from Clacton Beach,(see photo) this information is wrong, caravan is actually in St Oysth which is near Clacton. TV is also not as large as shown in pictures. We also had ants crawling on side table on our arrival, we used an ant powder which I'm glad to say got rid of them. Sheets & duvet cover were enormous for single beds, 1 sheet had stain & duvet cover had a tear This next bit is just my opinion, i think it would be good to have information in the caravan on how to use TV, radiators in bathroom, where the rubbish bins are &; also have a couple more cooking utensils.

Lovely relaxing break, close to the sea and amenities in a lovely caravan.

Pros: Location on camp site, great space in the caravan, great layout, great tv, top cleanliness, comfortable, nice big bathroom, good supply of crockery and kitchen appliances.

Pros: Lovely little caravan in a good location. Great comms with Gigi and everything went as smooth as could be. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be staying again when I return.

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic stay at this caravan! It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. The host, Gigi, was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. She even refunded my deposit promptly, which I really appreciated. The location was great, and the caravan itself felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again in the future. Wishing Gigi and her daughter all the success with their business! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained place to stay.

Cons: The caravan was quite cold, especially given that it’s a mobile home, so having some extra heating options would be helpful in colder weather. Also, the exact location wasn’t available on Booking.com until after I made the reservation. I initially thought it would be closer to my friend’s house in Clacton based on the map shown before booking, so more clarity on this would be useful for future guests

Pros: I had a fantastic few days staying here. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, thanks to the wonderful owner, who was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The caravan itself was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had all the necessary amenities, everything was great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.

Pros: The accomodation was really clean and well presented. We stayed at the beginning of February and despite frost outside it was lovely and cosy inside, and it has all the facilities you need. Good value for money with helpful responsive staff.
