I have no qualms in recommending Dragonfly Cottage as an excellent B&B

Pros: A lovely spacious room with a large bathroom. Plenty of room to make yourself at home. Our hosts were very friendly, making us feel very welcome in their home. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Cons: No reflection on Dragonfly Cottage itself but Rattlesden is a little off the beaten track and, after dark especially, the journey to the cottage needs to be taken with care.

Warm and friendly stay.

Pros: The property is lovely and the hosts most welcoming. Everywhere was clean and the room lacked nothing at all. Breakfast was superb. Thank you Sue and John. We really want to come back in the summer months.

Pros: Great location for village dining. Great size room. Warm, good bedding, lovely touches with fresh milk, cookies and selection of tea in room. And breakfast!

Relaxing stay in a beautiful setting

Pros: The room is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The range of refreshments are very good especially the teas! Breakfast was excellent and the options are vast. Great poached eggs!

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Pros: Sue and John are just the kindest landlords you could ask for. You are welcomed into their lovely home, the room and on-suite is big and spacius, nice and clean - good bed, the works. The breakfast was ever so nice as well We would come back any time again

Very enjoyable, friendly and cosy, we felt at home.

Pros: The breakfast was superb. The owners John and Sue were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean with all the essential facilities. The location is very good, it is located in a small village, at night you could see the stars. The only problem we had was finging the property.
