Pros: Very comfortable beds, clean and good furniture, bathrooms and layout

Great find

Pros: Staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Room was spotless and in a perfect location for our concert in the cathedral and shopping trip. I'm coeliac and ate in the pub and didn't get ill which is a rarity for me when I eat it as very sensitive.

An overall good experience

Pros: The location was brilliant, being a short walk into town and just on the doorstep to the theatre. The cleanliness was to a high standard - everything felt extremely clean in our room. The breakfast was good! A vegetarian & a separate vegan option are available, both for adults and for children.

Cons: The only thing dragging it down was the comfort - the pillows are extremely uncomfortable, to the point where I had a poor sleep both nights.
