Splendid stay

Pros: Beautiful home in a quiet location, Will was a wonderful host and very accommodating, wouldn't hesitate to return

Cons: My only negative was that there was only a bath with no shower attachment but that's just splitting hairs!

Beautiful countryside house

Pros: The family were very accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh. The accommodation has 3 wonderful dogs who are very well behaved and love some attention. The bedroom and bathroom were huge and had beautiful countryside views. It is located in a beautiful countryside town that is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again.

The perfect place to stay.

Pros: Beautiful property, very welcoming owners, a real home from home. A very comfortable bed led to a great nights sleep followed by a delicious cooked breakfast. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here and look forward to doing so. The local pub is superb, great food and beer. All in all a great stay. Thank you!

Delightful host and surroundings, great breakfast and room, could do with a shower, safe and secure.

Pros: Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the room in which it is served delightful. The house is full of lovely old furniture and paintings, homely, welcoming and unpretentious.

Cons: No shower in the bathroom.

Enjoyed the faded glory

Pros: We enjoyed the faded glory of this wonderful house filled with history in a magnificent room with very comfortable bed. It was a pleasure to talk with the owner during a hearty cooked breakfast accompanied by his well behaved old spaniel.

Cons: Cleanliness was poor and I had to improvise for bath gel.
