Lovely lodge for a family getaway with great leisure facilities.

Pros: Great comfortable lodge. Lovely hot tub and great leisure facilities.

Lovely holiday with just a few minor hiccups.

Pros: The location was lovely. Saw lots of rabbits, ducks, deer, and squirrels, which the kids loved. The swimming pool was easy to access and very clean. The staff were super friendly (other than at checkout). Accommodation itself, no complaints. It was clean and beds comfy. We cooked every night and had no issues with the kitchen equipment. We had Tesco deliver a food shop which was super handy.

Cons: The jacuzzi wasn’t great. It wasn’t very warm and there’s no temperature setting so we only ended up using once out of the 4 days. One of the showers was super hot, no matter what way you turned the knob, it didn’t change! The lady who checked us out was quite rude. Informed me that check out was at 9am even though booking.com states it’s at 10am. A 9am check out is way too early and something I’ve never heard of!

Lovely place, a few tired features but an overall lovely stay.

Pros: Lovely house, great hot tub, staff very nice, lovely location, all things good! A good place to stay in nice surroundings and quiet neighbours.

Cons: The extractors in the bathrooms were gross, the dishwasher tablet tray was broken so couldn’t use the dishwasher, and the checkout was earlier than advertised (9am instead of 10am).

A great week working away.

Pros: The lodge we stayed in was beautiful and very cost effective. It was perfect for two of us travelling for work/working remotely and wanting to be able to relax and not feel like we were in a hotel too. The well equipped gym and classes were a bonus too.

Cons: The showers in the lodge need some attention - One never got hotter than quite warm, the other was either hot or scalding (with very stiff taps too).

Great stay, relaxing environment, would stay again

Pros: Loved the location. The lodge itself was nicely presented, clean, relaxing. The grounds and access to amenities were well received.

Cons: Our hot tub had not been cleaned. We were in the end lodge which is close to some sort of work area. We woke up on the first morning with around 6 cars parked very close to our lodge. They arrived very early in the morning which woke us up. Check in and out times are ridiculous (5pm / 9am).

Pros: Prachtige locatie met veel sportieve activiteiten. Heerlijke hottub en mooie inrichting van het huisje. Goede bedden. Keuken netjes en modern.

Cons: Onze badkamer was niet goed schoongemaakt. Viezigheid op de wc en bij de wastafel. Daarnaast is het niet duidelijk dat je behoorlijk veel moet betalen voor de tennisbaan (20 pond/uur) en voor de padelbaan het dubbele... Ook de tijd die was veranderd in uit te checken 9 ipv 10.00 vind ik niet passend bij idee van relaxte vakantie.
