Pros: Very very clean caravan. Ideal, quiet location, perfect for our needs. Beds had mattress protectors. Quilts and pillows very clean. Having two toilets was a bonus with children.

Cons: Large hole in ground right at base of steps to front door into caravan - very dangerous. No plug for kitchen sink. Water in kitchen sink did not drain away. Pots/pans need updating but usable. Could do with a measuring jug.
