A little piece of magic in Suffolk

Pros: The shepherds hut, nestled in the trees was perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings. The site has been kept small enough to provide a sense of specialness. My favourite part was swimming in the pond. If the weather had been colder I would have tried the sauna on the pond.

Pros: Owner so welcoming, fantastic little retreat. Lovely little pond that you could swim in, which was a nice touch and apart from that it was a Do nothing kind of weekend which was exactly what we wanted. You can drive out if you want to but nice just to sit and relax. Ended up staying an extra night. Even more relaxing ax the majority of people went home.

Cons: Unchecked children thinking it's ok to pulll up plants and throw things in the pond.
