Cosy Caravan near the beach

Perfect accommodation

Pros: The home comforts, location perfect. Owners are very friendly. The bed was comfortable. Dog-friendly. Everyone we met on the site was very friendly.

Cons: It would have been amazing if there had been a little freeze for the ice 😉

Perfect family fun weekend break.

Pros: The accommodation was cosy clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The hosts were really friendly, helpful and accommodating, the location was fab, just a short walk to town. The facilities were great for families. We would definitely come again.

Cons: There were lots of added costs for use of the facilities on top of the cost of the passes.

Fun, freedom and memories made.

Pros: Property was clean and cost - exceptionally good position near all amenities and the beach 🏖️- we had a fab mini break for family get together

Pros: Excellent location very clean and welcoming. The caravan is literally right next to the hub where all the site services are, 10 minute walk to the Nisa shop. 30 minute walk to the coast. Me and my family would definitely stay again.

Cons: Didn't like the weather on one of the days haha.

Pros: The caravan is very well maintained, Kelly has been careful to add a homely and welcoming feel to it for all of the guests.

was one of the best caravans we have stayed in ,in Walton on Naze.

Pros: The location was excellent, the facilities inside the caravan was a great plus, there was a large TV on the wall and free Wi-Fi in every room. The bedroom we stayed in was the main bedroom was very comfortable and ,very large for a caravan.

Family and friends

Pros: The location was superb and plenty to do. The caravan had everything you wanted for the stay

Cons: We were allowed in the clubhouse without passes on the first night then the second night got asked for them. So you do need passes

Couple nights

Pros: Nice and clean, well equipped, short walk to the on site arcade and shop. Friendly host with good communication. Small additional fee for the dog which was reasonable, front area secure and fenced in. Really close to the beach where we managed to find some lovely sharks teeth. Few good shops. Kids and adults had a lovely stay. Will hopefully be back in the near future.

Awesome weekend away

Pros: The property was amazing it was nice and close to the Hub. It was great to be so close to all the facilities the park had to offer. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. You aren't away to watch TV but it was nice to have a large flatscreen to end the day off with a movie. They also have their own private WiFi. Normally caravans only offer WiFi from the site which is always slow. The bedding was comfy and clean. The master bed was massive. It was also great having a washing machine in the property as well.

Cons: Leaving..... I really didn't like leaving
