Don't do a fleeting visit... stay and enjoy it!

Pros: Simply brilliant! It was a fleeting visit to the area, arriving late and leaving early, so I only wanted something clean and basic but boy did it exceed my expectations. It was spotlessly clean, superbly fitted and had charm by the bucket load. I just wish I could have stayed longer and made more use of its lovely facilities and location.

Cons: My drive to it - but hey my 250 mile drive faded on arrival.

Pros: This was an absolutely fabulous stay and the location of the hut was superb. It was very peaceful and very tranquil and we had a wonderful stay. From start to finish the communication was excellent. And the facilities in such a small wee place were amazing. There was information in the heart about several walks and this was a really great idea. We did one of the walks and were able to enjoy the countryside. Once you arrive, you won’t want to leave.

Cons: It would have been good to have an electric kettle rather than one that you had to boil water on the stove as it took ages

We came here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, my husbands birthday and the fact we haven’t spent a night away from

Pros: This beat all our expectations. The attention to detail throughout the hut was really beautiful. The style and overall feeling was tranquil. Small but not cramped. The location was perfect for what we needed. The outdoor bath was a fantastic addition.

Cons: There wasn’t anything to dislike in my opinion.
