Cons: The bar entrance/reception is not as good as the rooms and a little attention with a dustpan and brush to communal areas would be good.

Pros: It has everything you could need for a reasonable price. Most of all, the staff are exceptional; they exhibit a natural tone to exceptional customer service, as opposed to the almost un-relatable service seen in formally higher graded establishments.

Clean, Convenient Location

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although dated, extremely clean. Even though we were very near the door to the pub it was unexpectedly quiet throughout the weekend. There was a fan in our room which was very convenient. Great location convenient to pubs and shops.

Cons: There were no hand towels in the bathroom. No hairdryer in the room. The single mattress was very uncomfortable. There were plenty of plug sockets. Unfortunately, two were in an awkward area above the stairs. An extension lead would have been handy to be able to use these.

Pros: The staff is amazing, friendly, very helpful, the room was huge, clean, comfortable bed. The location can't be better. Check in and out was easy. Thank you very much.
