Would highly recommend and we will be back again

Pros: Good size accommodation, very warm with excellent under floor heating. Jason the host was amazing, always at the end of the phone.

Cons: Nothing, everything was spot on only thing I can really say is the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

Delightful stay at this property and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Pros: I loved the surprise element of the property! Its size and the beautiful surroundings mainly. Inside, the decor is lovely and it is perfectly named, The Retreat.

Pros: This property is able to sleep 5 if needs be! They are dog friendly and the property was well kept and clean. The check it was very straightforward as was check out. Nice quiet location. Good walks nearby.

Spot on just what I wanted in accommodation

Pros: Everything was spot on, the accommodation space (plenty of) the shower with a rain type head plus a smaller one for washing your bits. The bed large and very comfortable with plenty of pillows, a closet to hang your clothes if required, TV and sofa beside. Access to a kitchen with all you would want including toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and hob etc. Parking on the front apron is perfect and its location is very peaceful most welcome after a hard days work.

Cons: Very hard to pick fault for me others maybe wanting more but I was very happy in what the house and grounds had to offer. I was staying over for work locally but I'm sure it would suit a couple on a break for exploring the local area.

Pros: Lovely accommodation, my room backed on to a little patio which was lovely for having a morning coffee. Jason the host was super accommodating, couldn’t recommend enough.

Beautiful property and garden

Pros: The place is very spacious and clean. Outside space and garden is beautiful.

Cons: My room was downstairs. The room upstairs has probably a wooden flooring which can be loud especially with late night arrivals.

I discovered a jewel

Pros: Clear directions, easy to find. Would have expected to pay more for the quality of this unique & impressive accommodation. Host extended a warm, generous & genuine welcome for me & my pet. Quiet countryside location; stunning sunset views. Attention to detail, useful facilities ie use of kitchen. Good quality linen & basic wash toiletries supplied - the shared kitchen & guest bathroom reflected in modest fee. A treat to have my breakfast tea made for me!

Cons: New cobwebs in bathroom need zapping (no offence arachnophiles)🕸️

Absolutely stunning no other words can describe great host all round perfect would recommend to anyo

Incredible and comforting!

Pros: The room made me feel like I was in Paris, it was incredible and the bed was to die for! So comfy and huge! The owner Jason is also a lovely sweet guy who helped us with whatever we needed. 10/10
