Great place to stay you won’t be disappointed

Pros: The property is well situated and clean and tidy in a quiet area with parking which is a bonus , 5 min walk to the beehive pub down the road where they serve food at affordable prices not to crazy and really nice food , the beds are really comfy so had a good 3 night stay and is fully Equipped , all in all it’s a great place to stay and my deposit was refunded promptly, thanks again for a great stay and will be defo stopping again. Thank you Janet for a great stay Thanks Shaun

Great location. Clean spacious home and Good Value for money

Pros: We had a lovely stay, the host were great and the home is cozy, clean and comfortable. It’s quiet, close to the station within walking distance and nice property manager who allowed us checkin very late. We are doctors on call, so the nearness to the hospital and town centre was a plus. Nice coffee station and the beds were comfortable. We are planning to book this place next time we are in Basildon

Pros: Nice place to stay, friendly host with good communication. The house is clean , homely and quite modern, one of the best short stay have stayed in a while, will definitely come back .

Pleasurable stay in a nice, clean and tidy place. Excellent service. Thoroughly recommended!

Pros: We were greeted by a very nice man who showed us around. Provided us with complimentary Prosecco, bottled water and milk for the morning. Very nice place, nice and quiet and very comfy. Real professional and personal service! We will most certainly use this place again. Thoroughly recommended!

Cons: Add £2 to the price and get a slightly better Prosecco! Other than that. No complaints from us!

Very nice property with great owners

Pros: The property was modern and freshly furnished. The living room was spacious. The hot drinks station was a nice touch, as was the bottle of champagne. Everything was clean and the owners of the property were lovely and very easy to correspond with
