A great off street parking location so you can easily walk to the theatre or town centre, slightly let down by a lack of

Pros: Clean, modern, warm, safe and comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk to Basildon town centre.

Cons: There were no coat hangers in the wardrobes and only a limited amount of crockery for home cooking (ie there were only 4 plates so we had to utilise the chopping boards). Only comfortable sofa seating for 3 people, so probably do with another chair rather than rely on a dining room chair.
