Pros: Location was perfect, in a quiet residential road near shops, station and bus routes. The house itself is lovely and comfortable, with a nice outdoor garden for sitting out and a fabulous office room upstairs. Space for parking a car is another bonus.

Cons: The outdoor bin for general waste was overflowing on arrival and the kitchen lacked some items (eg. decent table mats to protect the table). Be aware the internal stairs are steep so may be difficult for people with mobility issues.
