Fun house in the heart of Colchester

Superb

Pros: Great set up with the hot tub and many activities to do within the house.

Great stay for a weekend

Pros: The variety of activities and multiple rooms, large kitchen with pool table conversion. Hot tub and games room, en-suite bathrooms.

Cons: 1 tea towel, could have done with more to assist with drying dishes, general kitchen use. No oven gloves to handle hot oven trays. Extra kitchen roll might have been helpful to make up for 1 tea towel. Honestly nothing major.

Definitely fun and really close to the centre

Pros: Great location and really excellent house for all the family. Easy to get in with number door lock. Short walk into town. Great facilities, comfy beds. Every thing that you could require in the kitchen, great movie lounge and great games room. Great decorations for Christmas. Would recommend this house.

Cons: Blocked shower, lots of rules and not enough pingpong bats!

Pros: The property was everything I hoped for and much more, every bedroom was perfect as was the rest of the house

Cons: That I couldn’t stay another night as I had to go back to work

Pros: Was b Beautiful! You can really tell that so much love and care has gone into decorating this accommodation. There was plenty of space and lots of amenities nearby, but the house itself was so stunning and full of things to do that we all preferred staying in. The lovely team who manage the property were incredibly easy to communicate with and even went out of their way to promptly post something we’d accidentally left behind. We’ll most definitely be looking to return to one of their properties in the near future. Thank you!

Overall we had a lovely time with our friends and enjoyed the sights of Colchester.

Pros: The fun house was in a perfect location to get to everything. It was very clean tidy and modern inside. The beds were extremely comfortable and overall it is a really nice property. After not having any hot water when we arrived the host Amie was on it straight away, replying to my messages with apologies and they did send somebody out to fix the problem.

Cons: After turning the tv up in the lounge area it set off an alarm to which I then received a message to keep the noise down. We felt it was something that we had to then be very aware of and it took a bit of the fun away. Also not being able to use the hot tub past 9pm was a shame due to it being in a residential area. We felt there was a few too many rules.

Fun house indeed!

Pros: Lovely house, would definitely recommend. Very spacious for the amount of guests we had, games room, hot tub and pool table were extremely fun! Beautiful property and so easy to get to.

Cons: The communication with the hosts after, to retrieve an item that was left by accident. Still waiting to hear back from someone about this, otherwise this would have been a 10 out of 10 experience. I've provided an address for the item to be sent back as discussed, and nothing has been received.. hopefully this will encourage someone to come back to me.

Exceptional property

Pros: Neil messaged me with very clear instructions on how to get in the property - it was very simple. The fun house is exceptional - incredibly well equipped. very comfortable & spacious. Great design features. Garden was very private & the hot tub brilliant. On street parking but Neil registered our cars for the permits & there was plenty of spaces. Overall an excellent house & we loved it.
