Pros: Excellent location and a perfect stay! The accommodation was spotless, very well equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. I especially loved the beds and the overall setup, everything was so comfortable. Jacqueline is a fantastic host, and I genuinely felt she could solve anything. Her support and kindness made the stay even better. The property’s location is excellent, making everything easy and convenient. I will definitely choose this place again whenever I return to Colchester. Thank you, Jacqueline, for everything!

Pros: Cute little house very clean and good location, close to local shops pubs and takeaways

Cons: Very hot in the property could probably do with windows opened on day of arrival to air . Also a few other points the WiFi was very poor to the point that Netflix wouldn’t even work. After having a shower I went downstairs to find the shower leaked all behind the extractor fan for the oven and I see that as a fire risk as electricity and water don’t mix. Also the kettle is well overdue replacing or de lime scaling to the point I was having to go down to the local coffee house down the road to get a brew as the kettle made the tea undrinkable and the coffee machine you provided made lots of noise but didn’t really work. Other than these small points we really enjoyed our stay and would book again

Pros: Das Quartier ist in einem typischen Reihenhaus platziert. Dementsprechend sind die Schlafzimmer nicht extrem geräumig, doch der untere Raum ist sehr gut genutzt.

Cons: Bett ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
