Great practical 3-bed house in quiet estate, great value!

Pros: Great size (3 bedrooms) property with big comfortable rooms with 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen and loo downstairs, great location in a quiet estate close to town, with parking and powerful showers! Very helpful and friendly host. We were super comfortable throughout our stay in this lovely and practical house, and impressed not least as the price was very reasonable. We loved the bedroom with the en-suite and the big kitchen and relaxing in front of the great TV in the comfortable lounge.

Cons: Some more kitchen equipment (scissors, potato peeler and newer pots and pans would be nice). Perhaps the property needs a bit of care / updating in places but it is still overall very comfortable and a great space to spend a week with family. It wasn’t clear what to do with the rubbish or how to recycle. The dishes and glasses were not cleaned well by the previous occupants but that was easily sorted with a thorough wash up before using (though a dishwasher would be best to solve this occasional problem!). Everything was really nice, these are minor things!

Pros: The host Mr.Krishna was fantastic.I have travelled different parts of the world ,but the hospitality and service rendered was beyond excellence. Krishna took care of everything with prior communication ,housekeeping ,follow up on waste disposal appropriately ,and all the more very accomodative ,considerate and flexible.We give Ocaen Stay 100/100 .

Pros: Lovely very big house in a quiet location. I would stay again.

Cons: The radiator in the hall wouldn't switch off. The garden wasn't looked after and needed the grass cut.

We stayed at the property for 2 nights. Lovely location, ample parking space, lovely & clean house, kitchen equipped

Pros: Krishna, the owner of the property was kind and generous enough. The hospitality was exceptional. The property is lovely and clean.

Cons: Bit too warm, but Fans provided to make us comfortable.

The house was great for us and Krishna, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful.

Pros: The location was great, quite near a Co-op, Tesco and Aldi. There was a spacious kitchen (coffee, tea and biscuits supplied) bathroom, living room and 3 bedrooms, another shower & loo upstairs and a downstairs loo, and a lawn garden at the back. Krishna, the lovely owner, provided us specially with a cot bed and a high chair as we had a 2 and a half year old with us, and came to visit when we arrived early evening. He also checked that everything was ok, and nothing else that we needed the next day. It was absolutely perfect for us, clean and bright. We also left our house & car keys behind and he posted them on to us immediately, and checked that they had arrived! Thank you.

Cons: Maybe a couple more saucepans and cooking utensils in the kitchen.

Un alojamiento perfecto para pasar unos días en una zona de Inglaterra más desconocida pero preciosa y pintoresca.

Pros: Todo en general… muy acogedor y cómodo. Perfecto para nuestro grupo. En una zona tranquila. Parking en la puerta Muy buena comunicación con la propiedad, todo el tiempo pendiente de q nuestra estancia fuera perfecta La cocina y comedor perfectamente equipados y además disponía de café, infusiones, azúcar, agua mineral y algún otro detalle…. lo cual se agradece a la llegada Sin duda volveríamos

Pros: La literie était confortable, la salle de bain et la salle d' eau très pratiques, le calme de la rue. La réactivité de Krishna qui a su proposer une solution suite à la panne de chauffage.

Pros: The house was spacious, very comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. The host is very attentive and will help with any issues you might have.

Cons: Price is a bit too high compared to other properties in the area, but it does have space for a lot of people.
