Pros: Very quiet area, easily accessible by buses, Tesco 5 min walk. Owner is kind and helpful.

Cons: Just wished it was 2 bedrooms so my daughter would have more privacy

Pros: Property was well maintained and clean. Communications from host prior to holiday were very clear and helpful.

Overall, a very comfortable stay. Good quiet and pleasant location. You wouldn't be disappointed.

Pros: Location was quiet. Place was clean. Heating was good , working & they had portable heaters. Parking for two cars. I would use them again.

Cons: No freezer, which was a little disappointing but livable for a short stay. This is not terrible but they need to stock up on serving utensils. Just 1 Spatula and 1 large spoon.

Located in a quiet cul de sac . Easy short drive to supermarket and not far from town centre.

Pros: This is a one bedroom house in excellent condition. Very clean and well cared for. Kitchen and bathroom both well fitted and maintained. Parking allocated. Overall suited our needs for a weekend visit to Colchester very well indeed.

Pros: The property was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

Cons: The bed was not okay. The mattress on it was not comfortable.

Great one bedroom house with parking

Pros: Clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained. Excellent communication and easy check-in. Well equipped with everything you could need in a quiet location. Also has a dedicated parking space.

Genial el alojamiento, y la ciudad en general, con gente muy amable. Ideal para practicar inglés.

Pros: La ubicación era perfecta, ya que la parada del autobús está a dos minutos de la casa, y desde allí llegaba al centro, estación, etc. Sitio perfecto, sabiendo que al centro se tarda unos 45 min. caminando y 20 min. en bus, y que la zona es perfecta por su tranquilidad. Tiene un parque y un Tesco al lado.

Cons: No tenemos ninguna queja. Todo estaba bién.
