Cosy country cottage stay. Nice location. Well equipped.
Pros: Well decorated and furnished. Comfy beds and cosy living area with wood burner. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Two shower rooms - Ideal if you have teenage kids who occupy one for hours! Was great for 5 people. Good location onto the A14. Great outdoor space if you rent during the sunnier months. Owners responded well to all questions. Would stay here again.
Cons: Nothing to really complain about other than the house was cold when we arrived ( February). Owners responded when asked about this and explained the remote control for the heating (Which they could also do remotely, too) No wood for wood burner to get some initial heating in the place. Had to take a trip a few minutes down the road to the COOP for this. Didn't mind doing this, but some surplus available would of helped to get us going while we waited for the house to warm, especially as it was middle of winter. Small details in an otherwise lovely comfy stay.

Homely Holiday Cottage
Pros: Hall Farm Cottage was really welcoming and a very good choice to make. We wanted to stay near Bramford where one of our friends lives and was easily accessible from here. The Cottage was equipped with all you need even complimentary toiletries and had some much appreciated milk and a cake! As it was one of the friends Birthday was a very nice touch! We stayed during a heatwave so the fan was put to good use and the outside space was welcome for an evening chat and drink amongst the lavender planters! Lovely view of the fields around.
Cons: Just needs a handrail going up & down the staircase. Maybe a rope one as a matter of safety. Also a shower mat in the upstairs shower room as the shower tray quite slippy when wet. The electric hob a little tricky to operate despite reading the instructions!

Beautiful property
Pros: Beautiful property and decorated well through out. Stunning location with lots of nice walks and local pubs and shops. Easy to get into Ipswich and Felixstowe.
Cons: Could benefit from a hand rail on the stairs or a decorative rope hand rail as it has an open staircase. There wasnt anything to grab onto. This could be dangerous. The stairs are quite narrow to take a foot, only sideways. Even my daughter, who is 25, found it a little worrying! This was not mentioned in the details, especially for people with mobility issues and/or older guests. Could do with another little bin in the downstairs toilet for convenience.

Fantastic would highly recommend
Pros: Stunning place to stay all the comforts you could hope for and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It’s a 2 bedroom property but only advertised as one for some reason. I’m a very fussy person but couldn’t fault my stay
Cons: Not a dislike as it didn’t bother me at all but there is a one off house being built behind some potential for noise but courteous builder’s
