Pros: Great location, ideal for visiting local historical sites and close to the coast.

It was good for what we were in the location for.

Pros: The accommodation is very spacious and clean. We were there for a specific purpose so the location suited us.

Cons: No frills in the apartment like a hairdryer. No toiletries and no hospitality tray. Which is all fine if you know in advance. I suppose we have just become used to these things in short term lets. Key collection instructions need updating, the agency people were good though at sorting it out. Street is quite noisy and people do walk past very close to the windows. Leiston is not the prettiest of places and amenities are minimal.

Pros: Clean, spacious, well equipped apart from mirror in shower room. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Parking a bit tight and not secured correctly so that neighbours were using. No shaving mirror in shower room.

We will be very happy to return.

Pros: Cleanliness, spacious, nice decor, ease of parking.

Cons: Kitchen utilities need to include a couple of larger saucepans and a small frying pan. Bathroom needs a grab rail to assist with safe access when using shower over the bath. Ensuite needs a shaving mirror. Downstairs cloakroom needs small wall mirror.

Pros: The property is beautifully renovated and the finish is to a very high standard. Very clean infact it was spotless! The owners are very welcoming and helpful too.

Cons: The beds are very firm so if youre used to a soft bed then unfortunately it's not going to be a comfortable sleep.
