FABULOUS PROPERTY

Pros: Perfect location, spotlessly clean, bed was SO comfy. Welcome Pack much appreciated

Enjoyed immensley

Pros: Ideal location, super modern inside. Verandah was lovely with its views across the weirpool. Plenty of room to park. Lovely walks to be had. Friendly lady host. Great for our dog. Just across the river from the tearooms and a short drive to several towns.

Cons: As i am not a TV person it would have been nice to have a internet signal

A beautiful little lodge in a wonderful island location

Pros: The location is fantastic with rivers running either side, and a nice tea room a short walk away across the river. It has a nice decking area with great views around, and the rush of water through the weirs. The lodge was comfortable and well equipped although there is no WIFI (which is great for off-grid relaxation) with parking right outside, so if you fancy a quiet, relaxing stay it is recommended.

Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike, the host was friendly and informative, location easy to get to (you will need a vehicle as it's a little way out of Little Baddow). If there was only one thing that we didn't like is that because of the time of year there were a lot of spider webs and spiders in the corners of most rooms. If you don't like the sound of constant rushing water it might also not be your thing, but it's very soothing!

Fabulous

Pros: Fabulous, enjoyable and very relaxing stay at this little gem. Perfect in every way, it had everything we required for our stay and was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us and very beautiful.
