Pros: It was nice and warm when we got there lots of space nice to see the old fireplace still there beds nice and comfy and walking distance from the town, shops, and seafront would be great in the somer.

A comfortable stay for a family

Pros: This was a great space for our family of four. We used to live in the area and were back to visit family and friends. The beds were clean and comfortable and all the rooms were a good temperature despite the rain and wind outside. (Though if you don’t wish to use the sliders provided I would recommend bringing slippers as there are hardwood floors throughout). It’s conveniently located for the seafront, a supermarket and the amenities of Southend and has a lovely little garden with bbq and seating. The house felt peaceful and calm. Provision of board games was a great touch

Cons: We liked the whole place and would gladly return but it would be great if there were some baking trays and a little more cutlery. I would say 8 adults would be too many if using the space for more than a place to sleep. There are three great doubles and one 3/4 double. We managed 4 adults and 3 children around the dining table but the 8th person would need to sit in the high chair or eat at the side table. The living room has chairs for 6, the 2 others would need to sit on cushions.

Pros: This property was fantastic and had absolutely everything we needed. Not one single complaint & we hope to stay with you again during our next visit! Thank you for being so accommodating and making our stay so memorable.

Superb

Pros: Everything, massive place, well equipped, great location, loved the spinning table

Pros: The location was a short walk from the sea front. It took about 15 minutes to get to the pier. Lidl just round the corner and a lovely Chinese takeaway. Would highly recommend the property and location. We stayed for a weekend but the property was fully equipped for a weeks stay.

Cons: Nothing.

Beautiful home

Pros: We arrived later than expected but opening the door to this property was really lovely. It really is a home from home from the comfortable living room, bedrooms, bedding, well equipped kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, showers, utility room, garden just all amazing. A little note of welcome from Victor and Mei, the owners was very much appreciated along with a box of jaffa cakes and water in the fridge. I hope they are very proud of what their property offers it really is a beautiful home. I will definitely be coming back here in the not too distant future. Beautiful house perfect place

Pros: The house was amazing parking was perfect just could do with some sauce pans and a good clean as it was dusty everywhere

Pros: The house is just perfect. They have thought of every little detail. Welcome pack very much appreciated. Everything you could need is in the house (much more than the specified in the advert), cot, baby bath, pushchair, lots of toys etc etc. Beds are super comfy and warm. Everything is labelled around the house making it easy to find and use. We will definitely return!

Cons: Back garden needs attention but we didn't use it because it was too cold so didn't bother us.
