Absolutely blooming marvellous dear!

Pros: Beautiful family home. My kids absolutely loved it. It was bright, cosy, clean and full of toilet rolls haha! The garden is huge and the kids loved running around and playing in the garden during breakfast times. The house is nearby the main town centre and the beaches. There's a theme park nearby which good for kids and adults haha! Lots of supermarkets nearby for groceries etc. having a car really helps if you're planning to do a little holiday in Southend. The property has lots of kitchen equipment and utensils which handy for cooking lunch or dinner for the family. The owner also provides fresh milk, tea, coffee on arrival. There are a few takeaway shops next to the main road near the house. The host is very friendly and approachable. My family and I had a brilliant time. Whoever is reading this I sincerely wish you also have a great time like us.

Cons: I can't complain too much tbh. There were minor little things like finding hair on the sofa and the floor. Whoever's cleaning they need to clean the sofa properly that's all. The positives outweigh more than the negatives.

Perfect family home

Pros: Really spacious, host arrived with milk, cupboards had bits and bobs, coffee tea condiments really helpful

Visiting for a family wedding and the property had everything we needed for our stay

Pros: Lovely large garden to rear, off road parking, well equipped, shower plenty of pressure and hot everything you need for a stay in a holiday let.

Cons: Would be nice if pets could be allowed but understand why not, and a dish washer would be good but not essential.

Pros: Lovely spacious house for our family,equipped with all the essentials,and extras greated by owner,who was lovely. Extras of milk provided on arrival with tea/coffee etc is a lovely touch. Lovely big garden with seating area which was perfect as we had perfect weather. Loved the conservatory for all our meals. The whole house had a lovely cosy family feel for our stay. Plenty of seating for all of us in lounge. Drive way was perfect so didnt have to worry about parking when you go out.. Added bonus washing machine and airer with a toddler was great and the travel cot and option of high chair if we needed. We all enjoyed our stay. Holiday to remember as i found out im pregnant during our stay to. We would definently come back. Close to a few corner shops and take-aways. Seafront was roughly 20-30 minute walk. All round great holiday,thankyou.

Cons: A couple of decking panels need looking at as they are slightly loose and sticking up when walked on. Our toddler did run tripped and face planted cutting her nose. Holiday came to an end, none of us wanted to leave.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and we will be back

The house was a pleasure to stay in, home from home.

Pros: It was clean and comfortable and for 6 of us there was plenty of room . Joh the Host was helpful friendly and lovely to deal with. On my next trip to Southend I would stay there again .

Cons: 2 small things , a banister on the stairs and hand holds in the shower would be helpful for the older person .

Pros: Lovely layout, great to have breakfast on the decking

Cons: The decking does need a jet wash/treating as a few of us nearly came a cropper once wet.

Cons: Single Bathtub in Bath room . Challenging for my mother inlaw during bath , as she is a Sr Citizen & wheel chair. An additional suite on ground floor would be an excellent value addition for senior citizens. :) To cover all ages of customer :)
