Pros: Location was ideal, the room was a great size and continental breakfast bits and fridge was a plus. The shower was nice and powerful. Staff was very accommodating and we had a great view. :)

Cons: The corridors leading to the rooms could do with freshening up to make the place feel more welcoming.

Pros: I was welcomed with pristine paperwork, super helpful staff and organisation. For the money, I had an exceptionally clean spacious room. And a hidden extra of breakfast in the room, a fridge with breakfast goodies. Fantastic location and a sea view. I will visit again. Thank you

Great place to stay in Walton town!

Pros: Great location. Good pub right on the sea front with pool table. Near to all shops and pier. Lovely owners, very accomodating and friendly. Good pub grub too! Lovely to sit outside on a sunny day looking at the sea. Beds were super comfy, sea view room was fab. Will come and stay again!

Pros: Very clean, comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast items which was amazing considering the price. We will definitely be back.

Unpretentious, comfy and convenient.

Pros: The location was perfect for the beach and town It was a friendly welcome, Frankie sorted out the free parking for us. The family room was spacious and had a fridge, which proved useful. Despite the central location it was quiet at night.

Cons: The addition of a microwave would have been helpful. The breakfast items provided in the room were basic but plentiful - bottled water, milk, juice, cornflakes, yogurts, pain au chocolat, biscuits, tea and coffee. However cooked or healthier breakfast options were available 5 minutes walk away in town.

Pros: easy to find, friendly people greeted us at reception. Easy to come and go. Complimentary waters, breakfast and drink making facilities

Pros: Very lovely people and the rooms was 10/10 with best views

Pros: Lovers location comfortable beds there was cereal and water and other things provided all for free would recommend staying there

Cons: There was no lift as we were on the top floor difficult with children and suitcase but it's an old building so still great value for money

Amazing short stay before departure back home!

Pros: Good price-quality ratio. Staff was very nice and helpful. Because we had to leave early (6.30 am) the staff made sure breakfast was already available in our room

A family-friendly hotel near Harwich with charming hidden touches and a very comfortable family room.

Pros: This hotel is full of pleasant surprises. My wife and children were over the moon with my choice for our stay near Harwich. We stayed in a spacious quiet see-breeze infused family room that was exceptionally comfortable.

Cons: The water from the tap was not drinkable. But we got many waterbotles!
