Stable Cottage

Pros: The cottage was lovely had everything you needed and more. It's been thought through as if if were their own home.

Cons: I wasn't very good with the metal stairs

Pros: Lovely converted stables barn in the countryside, large open area. Really warm and homely. Very well equipped kitchen, even did baking of cakes and cookies for Halloween. Nicely decorated, plenty of towels and good bedding. Netflix and Disney plus which was a bonus for an evening of relaxing. Good base for travelling over to the coast , we did the steam train from Sherringham to Holt and an afternoon on the Norfolk Broads which was fun. Wells-Next-the-Sea and Holkham beach are well worth a day out.

Cons: The stairs are very steep and narrow not suitable for very young or if you have mobility issues, it was fine for us and my 12 year old loved his bedroom up there. No soap in the bathroom but not a big problem once we bought some.

Pros: very quiet location, central for touring Norfolk. Nice livingspace and kitchen with large fridge, ample parking space. didn't try the woodburner because it was warm enough.

Cons: sleeping facilities is only for 4 adults, smaller beds are matrasses on the ground.

Pros: Very easy and seamless to collect keys. Host was very friendly and super accommodating. We liked it so much we asked to extend our stay a couple of days, and they were so helpful and made the whole process so smooth. Would definitely recommend.
