Very comfortable and a great layout and location for a multi generational Christmas break.

Pros: Spacious and well laid out. Ideal for large, mixed groups.

Cons: A bit further out of Woodbridge than anticipated and parking could be challenging if we had more cars. We managed to park the 5 we had with some jiggling.

10/10 Would definitely book again!

Pros: Couldn't be more grateful, this house was so perfect for my 40th birthday party. Very comfortable beds, loved everyone having their own bathrooms, amazing water pressure. Lovely homely feel to house, lots of space and beautiful countryside all around. Loved the swing and fire pit in the garden. Thank you so much.

The perfect group getaway!

Pros: The house is great for a large group and was the perfect location for my friends hen party! It’s even more spacious than the photos look and there is plenty of seating both inside and out for large groups. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and everything you can think of is included. Thank you so much!

Brilliant and beautiful. Highly recommend it.

Pros: Location was beautiful, the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the table, big and wide so easy to talk to everyone. We are a group of old friends and there was enough space to eat and socialise inside and outside.

Cons: Some of the showers were quite small and the dishwasher got blocked.

Beautiful location, perfect for groups and family

Pros: The open lounge/kitchen gave space for everyone but allowed the family to feel together and really bond. The jacuzzi was lush in the winter cold! Conservation park was only a short walk away, it's not something we'd of normally done but absolutely loved it.

Cons: If there was more outdoor lighting for the garden we would have used the fire fit. But as it got dark at 4pm we forgot to head out there.

Really great for large groups!

Pros: Great spot in the countryside with a really well equipped kitchen, plenty of space for a large group and everyone gets their own bathroom 👍🏻 We had a really good company break here our staff had a brilliant time and check in was super easy! I'd definitely be keen to book again.

Lovely Cosy Barn!

Pros: lovely property, ample space and perfectly located for our needs & hot tub was a lovely bonus! Property managers were lovely to deal with & very helpful

Pros: Location is very rural as you might expect. We were a group of 10 self catering so we had a great time. Visited Aldeburge and local sights during the day and relaxed during the evening. Hot tub was a nice experience.

Cosy, spacious and great vibes!

Pros: Marshlands house was perfect for our family Christmas, we had the most wonderful time with the children’s playground, an open living space and beautiful countryside walks. Honestly the best way to have a gathering is this cosy house!

Cons: Nothing at all, it was ideal!
