Attractive cosy cottage conversion

Pros: Sympathetic attractive renovation of a genuinely old quirky house in the centre of town, with a parking space accessed via the back streets. Properly enclosed large back yard or paved garden was useful for the dog. Well equipped.

Cons: Top bedroom accessed via very steep stairs - not a problem for us but worth being aware of. Maybe a bit ‘cosy’ for a longer stay but for our weekend it was fine.

Very clean, pet friendly and convenient location. Lots of character.

Pros: Very clean and well stocked house with lots of character. And pets allowed too. The pictures do not do it justice. We spent Christmas here and had a lovely time.

Cons: Only parking space for one car, but we managed.

Excelled my expectations. The interior designer should offer out their services. Beautiful house!

Pros: What a beautiful house with everything you needed. Really comfy and lovely interior. Was much bigger than anticipated but was a really cracking alternative to hotel stays. Lots in the village too, were disappointed we weren't staying longer.

Cons: Absolutely no complaints whatsoever - house is perfect!

Lovely house with history!

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous house in the centre of Wymondham, really felt like we were abroad. Great value for money too, with lots of history! Only a short walk to all the amenities too!

Cons: The only thing like with any old house was the floorboard noises, but that didn't bother us! Next time we visit, we will definitely be booking here again.

Excellent venue for group stay

Pros: Centre of town with plenty of shops, pubs and food outlets. The house is on three levels - the top floor bedroom is ensuite but narrow spiral staircase. Large lounge and kitchen with all equipment needed. Despite location, it is very quiet. Parking for one vehicle at rear. Dog friendly - we took 3 small dogs. Large patio which would be ideal for summer get-togethers. Very helpful host. Suited 6 adults very well.

Cons: Entrance to kitchen has a step which is indented and takes some getting used to being close to eating area. Otherwise everything was exceptional.

Spacious, comfortable, historic house in the heart of Wymondham. A real find with a helpful host.

Pros: An old and characterful house in the heart of Wymondham, which was ideal for our purposes - a short walk from where we needed to be. The house was in good condition, clean and offering good facilities, including wi-fi and a well-equipped kitchen. All beds were comfortable and there was comfortable seating in the lounge for six people. The house is right in the heart of Wymondham with easy access to Norwich, the Broads and Norfolk coast. There is electric car charging in a car park close by, although not working when we were there. Host Sam was exceptionally helpful.

Cons: The access to the parking space at the rear of the house is a bit tight, especially for larger cars. In which case, reversing in is recommended.
