Excellent hotel and restaurant

Pros: Very welcoming efficient staff, rooms very comfortable and excellent food in the restaurant. Good location.

Pros: The staff were excellent. The room was clean and large with lots of lovely quirky touches

Cons: I think that toast should have been offered before breakfast when the orange juice came

Loved it, will stay again!

Pros: I got upgraded into a beautiful room, the staff were all really polite too! The hotel was clean and very comfortable to stay in.

Cons: Just the location is a little bit unideal because of a road cloudier but nothing to the hotels fault- still an amazing stay!

An exceptional place to stay.

Pros: Everything, the front of desk staff, the restaurant staff and the bar staff. All very well trained, polite and extremely professional.

Fabulous Suffolk Pub Stay

Pros: The food is exceptional. Service is lovely but not over bearing. Great location and wonderful characterful property. We stayed with a dog and both humans and hound left very happy.

Cons: Nothing at all to complain about with this pub. If I were being really picky, I'd say that they have a lovely big grass garden they could do a little more with and for dog owner bedrooms the bathroom aesthetic could do with updating but these are MINUTE in comparison to how delightful everything else is.

Beautiful, welcoming hotel

Pros: Very comfortable, luxurious room and good atmosphere. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast good. Nice touches in room such as homemade shortbread, fresh milk and coffee machine.

Cons: No complaints.

Great find if ever in Suffolk again would love to stay

Pros: Beautiful room with massive bed, high quality linens & fantastic bathroom. Restaurant excellent, and fantastic vegetarian breakfast. Quality China crockery too!

Cons: Just to be picky needed shower cap and face flannel. But that’s being really pedantic.

The most charming of inns, top quality with the best ambience

Pros: This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. The staff are exceptionally customer focused and our room (number 14) was super comfortable and cosy. The bed was delightdul and the bed linen is top quality. There are plentiful teas and coffee's in the room as well as a lovely addition of shortbread. Toileteries are well stocked. Breakfast is delicious and attention is paid to detail. The ambience of The Crown is wonderful and it is set in the most beautiful of lcoaitons.

Cons: We are Vegetarian and although dinner has a Vegetarian option, another option would be fabulous.

Pros: Lovely room in a lovely hotel. Friendly staff and a good venue for a family dinner event.
