Very good value for money

Pros: Friendly food good comfortable room and very close to wedding location

Convenient, friendly and good for our needs.

Pros: Location and room . Had everything we needed. Good food in evening and morning . Reasonable choice . Friendly staff. Large bed . We liked the location of our room on the ground floor near to the bar and restaurant. Great location for going to a Wedding at Copdock Hall.

Cons: Just a bit too warm in room and we couldn’t control . There was a fan and we could open the window . Looked a bit shabby on first impressions outside but once inside had everything we needed .

Close to Jimmy's Farm and Wildlife Park

Pros: Nice large room. Comfortable bed. Requested and additional blanket and it was brought to the room very quickly. Nice staff during breakfast.

Cons: The pool was a bit too cold for me
