Very pleased overall, will consider staying again

Pros: The value for money at the time of booking was good, Troy and Tony were very helpful when needed.

Cons: Better pool table with decent cues and more biscoff in the room for my tea and the others staying with me

Perfect choice on location

Pros: Larger than average room with a big comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Plenty of tea and coffee provided. Excellent Internet connectivity. We initially chose the hotel for its proximity to our concert venue at St Peters by the Waterfront which is literally a 2 minute walk away.

Cons: We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because it seemed a little on the pricey side. Especially when the surrounding area had plenty of other options for buying breakfast.

Good hotel, good food and great staff.

Pros: Restaurant was really good. Staff were very helpful and freindly, room was spacious and nice.

Cons: Heating in room was very loud, had to turn it off to sleep.

Clean, Comfortable and Value for money

Pros: Good, reliable and value for monay. Typical facilities for a Hotel of this type, well maintained and very clean. Helpful straff on reception. Good parking facitities. You will not find better value in Ipswich town.
