Good Value hotel

Pros: Good price, nice central location with free parking. The room was basic but had everything we needed and a nice breakfast in the morning.

Cons: Probably could do with redecorating especially the bathroom.

Another cracking hotel for football away days.

Pros: Breakfast was cooked fresh. Whilst the choice of juices,cereal, coffee and tea very good to.

Pros: The carvery, the food was exceptional, food nice & hot, staff very attentive, breakfast was very enjoyable, a nice change to have gluten free options available, definitely recommend this place to stay & eat.

Great place to stay

Pros: Nearby to the town, took about 15 minutes to walk. It is on a busy road but we heard nothing, very quiet. Had a nice meal and breakfast was very good. Free parking was a bonus.

Comfortable place to stay & pub was across the road from accomodation.

Pros: Was easy to book, regular e-mails easy check-in & check-out, room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was good plenty of choices, staff were friendly & helpful, we had food & drink in the evening which was good, there was lots of shops around & about 30 minute walk to the Waterfront & Ipswich.

Everything there for us and easy to park

Pros: We had an evening meal for thirteen and then breakfast in the morning was excellent a really good choice of evening meals and plenty to eat for breakfast also fruit juice and toast and a selection of jams.

Perfect for our unexpected opportunity to explore this area

Pros: Convenient location. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Good parking available on site. Basic but everything we needed and wanted was there.

i rate this place as very profesional comfortable and very nice to stay

Pros: it was very clean,very private, warm and cozy if i need a room again i will pick mermaid for sure

Cons: the room was very clean, the bathroom had a bathtub and a shower, the heating worked very well and no one bothered usI recommend peace and quiet i recommend it to everyone
