Pros: Nice Location, nice owners, real english style rooms very nice renewed, comfortable and clean, Breakfast very good, I like to stay there when i am in Sudbury

Cons: unfortunatelly breakfast starts at 9 a.m., so i cant get any if I need to leave early, very nice bar ambiente, but unfortunatelly not open at night currently

Lovely little hotel complete with cafe ( and resident cute dog) close to everything in Sudbury.

Pros: Really comfortable room with all the amenities needed. Even had a hot water bottle.

Traditional British Bar/ Restaurant/ Hotel, very nice People

Pros: This is exactly what I was looking for. Local, very British, very traditional but modern styled and family driven business. Very nice location, very nice restaurated, nice outside and inside, Bar, Restaurant. Excellent Breakfast, unfortunatelly I was late so couldn't take draft Guinnes at night;

Pros: Lovely and clean. Very comfy bed. Kettle a bit limescaley. Bathroom very clean.

Cons: Some better coffee and some more water for the kettle.

The lovely owner was very welcoming and without asking, offered to swap my bedroom to one with slightly more head room.

Pros: Location perfect for Sudbury Town centre. Old pub that’s been converted into cafe with accommodation above. Rooms basic but clean and well presented. Bed very comfortable. Separate entrance allowing you to come and go as you please. Staff all seemed very friendly and welcoming.

Even after 10 days in total- it's still not long enough.

Pros: What I liked? Everything. But Tracy the owner... what an amazing person: so kind and thoughtful. She went out of her way to make me feel at home and made it easier to continue my work while travelling. And the other staff are wonderful; and the cook is excellent. It is a dog friendly place and they have the cutest little dog Pickle. The rooms are lovely and very clean. The teabags are the best ever.

Cons: Ummmmm nothing.

Pros: Lovely place. Beautiful rooms. Really easy to pick up our keys from the lock box outside. Check in is normally not till 3pm, but we asked if we could arrive earlier as we were going to a wedding which was starting at 3pm and they were very accommodating. We had lunch in the cafe which was very good value and delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons: We stayed on a Saturday night and sadly the cafe isn't open for breakfast on Sundays, but this is a very minor point

We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for exploring the town. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Lovely welcoming staff, comfy bed and bags of character.

Cons: Noisy loo mechanism!!
