A last minute decision to stay and will stay again.

Pros: Breakfast was wonderful. Very well cooked and a fantastic range.

Cons: A mini bar in the room for cold drinks during the night would be nice

Pros: Professionlism and friendliness of the staff any qustions or issues the staff adressed this, spa facilities clean and in good working order. Dinner was very good and reasonably priced. Recommend booking spa day for your stay. Hotel is in the middle of a refurbishment including the bedrooms, the room I stayed in needs refurbishing and look forward to staying there once all rooms are completed.

Cons: Room service is not all night and ends at 9pm. The bar shuts before midnight.

Good short break

Pros: Good location, friendly staff lots of food options and bars. Restaurant view so amazing, overlooking the golf course.

Cons: Tv signal not good, we had to move rooms just to be able to watch tv. They seemed to struggle to find a room which had a watchable tv. Food service was very slow, although very attentive staff. But did feel that as there was a couple who were choosing their wedding menu took priority. They came after us, got their starters and finished before we got ours. Staff came to apologise it was taking so long for a Luke warm soup and a scotch egg (40 mins)

Pros: Nice relaxing getaway, great walks and good amenities.great little gym.

Cons: Access to spa was limited unless booking in advance, no robes available and non-booking guests are only allowed beds in the corner.

Pros: Got a nice upgrade when we arrived, staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was incredible, chateaubriand and honey carrots were unreal! Very very good selection at breakfast.

Excellent hotel & spa

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner which was also excellent. The room was very clean & comfortable. The overall hotel was fantastic. The only thing we did wrong was not to book a time slot in the spa however we did use the spa early morning before breakfast. We will go back to make the most of the spa.

Cons: All was perfect

Pros: All staff were great. Staff in sports bar were absolutely fantastic. Very helpful polite chatty, excellent service. Cleaners did a great job with our room. Giuseppe at breakfast was also excellent!

Beautiful venue, a friends party so all in all a really enjoyable stay.

Pros: Beautifully decorated for Christmas - really magical

Cons: I would have liked bottled water in our room. Also we arrived via our satnav the bumpy road in as dark.

Pros: Good location, nice sports bar although it was cold. Food was great service in sports bar excellent.

Cons: Trip was good, didn’t like the idea of having to book on the spa, we met friends there we could get a slot and they couldn’t so wasn’t ideal.
