An exceptional stay in an absolutely beautiful house, exceeding all our expectations 😊

Pros: Our host met us at the property and talked through everything we needed to know in the house. When we spoke to her on the phone before we arrived, she offered for her husband to come and pick us up at the train station. This was so kind and we were incredibly grateful!

Cons: Nothing. This house was fabulous!

Cosy cottage in lovely rural Suffolk

Pros: What a lovely comfortable cottage in a quiet rural setting. We spent a few days here while attending a wedding weekend in nearby Bruisyard and it was a wonderful calm space for chilling out both before and after the busy events. The nearby beaches were easy to reach for a swim and a coffee. The house has everything you need for a home-from-home trip and Alison was very welcoming. Above all, it is clear this has been a much loved home and that is the essence of what makes it such a lovely place to stay.

Family break away in a peaceful village

Pros: The house was comfortable and spacious with lots of character! The area was very peaceful and the host was friendly and helpful. The house was a good base to drive out for sightseeing- we particularly enjoyed Southwold and Framlingham!

Cons: We really enjoyed our stay, the only suggestion has come from the kids to maybe update some of the outdoor toys, but they still managed to play so not really an issue, and there is a small playground a few minutes walk away with some good swings that they enjoyed.

clean, comfortable, central for our needs

Pros: Alison was very welcoming, the property was lovely, very comfortable, there was also plenty of hot water for the 5 of us, the outside seating was great as the weather was lovely, it was also very peaceful.

Cons: The only thing I personally didn't like was the crows on the door frames. But then I'm not keen on crows in real life.
