Great host and spacious room.

Pros: Very roomy with everything you might need for a stay. Warm comfortable beds, large TV, a breakfast room downstairs. Our host was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Everything was good. It was a large old victorian house so not modern or cosy but spacious and characterful instead.

Harwich Festival weekend

Pros: The two of us were given a family room which had a large double bed and bunk beds with it's own toilet, shower and tea making facilities. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and made us feel welcome. A basic breakfast was also available which we didn't expect.

Cons: We weren't sure what to expect when booking since it was very affordable but our fears were unfounded.

Warm welcome and quiet surroundings

Pros: Special thank you to Tia for the warm and friendly welcome! Very quiet, close to ferry terminal, perfect. Shops, restaurants, and take aways round the corner. 5 minute walk from seaside. All good!
