Pros: The room and decor were stunning, the details were a superb touch to the accomodation and nothing has been left to the case. The room was offering a wide range of services and comforts and the staff was always positive and smiling

Lovely food, location and facilities.

Pros: The location, the cleanliness and the food and drink.

Cons: Service was the only thing that let the stay down. Other than one or two staff members who stood out, the best way I can describe the service is wishy washy. Unfortunately one of the staff members was rude and what she perceived to be banter was actually quite offensive.

Overall very good. Room clean and good facilities

Pros: Air con in room. Great shower. Coffee machine. Good food in restaurant. Just far enough away from town and good location.

Cons: No where to hand room card in when leaving early. Might have been nice if an option to have a basic continental breakfast offered when leaving before the 7am breakfast starts.

Pros: Excellent location, rooms are spotless, Aircon is a nice touch for a hot day. Excellent coffee machine in the room as well. Very comfortable, a definite home away from home. Staff are amazing and helpful. The restaurant can be busy, but loads of outdoor seating for a pint in the evenings.
