Nice and comfy, lovely breakfast.

Pros: Breakfast was great - A selection of continental style (e.g. croissant, pain au chocolat..) and a good cooked breakfast buffet. Room was comfortable and mostly clean. Bathroom was very clean. Extra facilities in the room were great with a selection of teas, coffee and biscuits. Trouser press, iron and ironing board all available. Lovely surroundings and very historic. The Harvester across the road was also very nice and a bit cheaper for dinner.

Cons: Just a couple of slight stains on some areas of the bedsheets.

Lovely Hotel Sta

Pros: We always stay here when in the area I have family members there. The room comfortable bed and lovely food But the Staff topped this they were welcoming and it was a pleasure to meet them I hope we can stay longer next time.

Perfect stay for an overnight, clean friendly and comfortable. Would return in future.

Pros: Breakfast was great in a beautiful Tudor beamed room. Full English or pastries/cereals all lovely, all fresh.

Excellent value for money in a fascinating and comfy hotel

Pros: Room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and in a fabulous location - the hall felt like something from a Harry Potter film.
